Yuzo Koshiro Confirms He’s Involved With Sega’s Forthcoming Mega Drive Mini

Yuzo Koshiro is something of a fable with gamers of a certain age. He’s obliged for some of a many iconic soundtracks of a 16-bit era, component a tunes that done games like Revenge of Shinobi, Streets of Rage and ActRaiser so memorable.

During his festive career he’s worked on loads of other games too of course, though his tie with a Mega Drive has arguably done him a figure of love for many players; those same players will no doubt be over a moon to learn that he’s concerned with a Mega Drive Mini, a micro-console that’s rising this September.

The stars unequivocally are aligning with this new console, and it should hopefully put to rest all of a bad memories we have of those pale Sega clones that have been clogging adult store shelves for a past decade. With M2 doing a simulation and a one and usually Yuzo Koshiro doing a menu music, this could be a genuine opposition to a NES and SNES Classic Editions.

Now we only need to know what a remaining games are…
