This Borderless Pokémon Trading Card Artwork Is Absolutely Stunning

It’s tough to believe, though a 25-year-old art connoisseur by a name of Micah Yates somehow managed to make a already overwhelming design featured on Pokémon Trading Cards even better.

The Kentucky-based Instagram artist, who also goes by a online alias Lunumbra, does this by stealing a limit on a label and portrayal over all a critical information compulsory to follow a manners of a game.

While her design has been around for a series of years now, Yates recently spoke to a BBC about how it all began.

“I always wondered what was behind a block on a Pokemon card. This is an event to take a limit off a design and see what’s behind it.

When Yates started portrayal cards in 2014, she was attending art propagandize and indeed wanted to be an animator instead. This all altered when her design for 10 embellished Pokemon trade cards went viral on Reddit overnight and people began profitable her. Each label now fetches a reasonable sum:
