The Pokémon Company Cancels Multiple Store Events In Japan As Coronavirus Cases Rise

As news emerges that Japanese schools are to tighten until Apr due to a new coronavirus outbreak, The Pokémon Company has settled that it will be cancelling a array of live events during a Pokémon Stores opposite a country.

As of Feb 29th, 2020, a following events have been called off until serve notice:

  • Pokémon Bingo Party (All Stores)
  • Pokémon Mascot Meet-and-Greet (All Stores)
  • Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo Renewal Commemorative Mascot Meet-and-Greet
  • Pokémon Center Kyoto 1 Year Anniversary Mascot Meet-and-Greet
  • All Pokémon Workshops (All Stores)

The association has also pronounced that Pokémon TCG events during Pokémon Centers and Pokemon Store locations opposite Japan might be cancelled as well. However, it’s value observant that all stores and centers sojourn open as normal until serve notice.
