Sen. Kennedy to Mark Zuckerberg: ‘Your user agreement sucks’

As Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook testimony stretches on, a severe sell with Senator John Neely Kennedy of Louisiana constructed some of a day’s some-more noted sound bites.

“Mr. Zuckerberg, we come in peace. we don’t wish to opinion to have to umpire Facebook, though by God we will,” Sen. Kennedy began his brief exchange. “In fact, a lot of that depends on you. I’m a small unhappy in this conference today, we only don’t feel like we’re connecting.”

From there Kennedy railed opposite Zuckerberg for how Facebook communicated a user information policies with users of a product.

“Your user agreement sucks,” a Republican senator went on. “The purpose of that user agreement is to cover Facebook’s behind end, it’s not to surprise your users about their rights. Now we know that, and we know that. I’m going to advise to we that we go behind home and rewrite it.”

From here on, a sell with an understandably sleepy Zuckerberg was a small rough. Kennedy’s believe of a Facebook product seemed to be a bit singular and Zuckerberg’s inability to respond with something not commencement with “Senator, we already…” didn’t help.

The testimony continues…
