Charming Dystopian Adventure Awaits Nintendo Switch When Pikuniku Launches This Month

Pikuniku will be bringing a quirky antics to Switch after this month.

The diversion takes place in a weird though witty universe where not all is as happy as it seems. You’ll need to assistance rare characters (who can apparently high-five with their feet-leg-things) overcome struggles, expose a low state conspiracy, and start “a fun small series in this pleasant dystopian adventure”. It looks and sounds flattering fun to us, that’s for sure.

Players can possibly try a uncanny and whacky universe alone, assisting a inhabitants with their weird requests, or we can span adult with a crony in mild levels tradition designed for dual players. We’ve got some screens for we below.

As is mostly a case, Devolver Digital’s press recover for a diversion includes a quote from a hilarious, though fake, CFO Fork Parker:

“While examination my mistress’s stepchildren play by Pikuniku, we realize this was a video diversion product that even an ultra-wealthy snob like myself could enjoy.”

We know that isn’t unequivocally applicable to anything, though it was sent to us and we wanted to share it. So there.

Pikuniku launches on Switch on 24th Jan and will be accessible from a eShop for $12.99 / £10.29 / €10.79. You can also get 10% off by pre-ordering (pre-orders are live now in North and South America, and will go live on a 17th for everybody else).

Will we be giving this one a whirl? Let us know in a comments.
