As Wunderlist shuts down, the owner announces a new capability app called Superlist

Wunderlist is going away, though fans of a capability app might find some satisfaction in owner Christian Reber’s proclamation that he is rising a new startup called Superlist.

“Superlist will be some-more than only a todo app, though never as magisterial as a plan government program we disgust to use,” he tweeted. “Slick, fast, and hyper-collaborative. Helping people or teams of any distance get things finished in record time.”

Wunderlist was acquired in 2015 by Microsoft, that announced dual years after it would close down a app in preference of Microsoft To-Do. It finally pronounced during a finish of final year that Wunderlist to-dos will no longer sync after May 6, though users will be means to import all their calm into Microsoft To-Do.

Shortly before Microsoft announced Wunderlist’s close down date, Reber tweeted that he wanted to buy behind a company. Obviously that didn’t happen, though Superlist might give him a possibility to rise facilities he creatively wanted to supplement to Wunderlist.

After Wunderlist’s acquisition, Reber launched Pitch, a challenger to PowerPoint that has lifted some-more than $52 million in appropriation so far.

On his Twitter, Reber pronounced he will continue focusing on Pitch, though will support a Superlist team, that is now hiring.
