Apple releases a repair for LTE connectivity issues with new Apple Watch

When Joanna Stern reviewed a Apple Watch Series 3 for a WSJ, her title was “Apple Watch Series 3 Review: Untethered… and Unreliable.” In some cases, a Apple Watch had troubles joining to LTE networks. It turns out it was a program bug as Apple has now released a watchOS refurbish that fixes LTE connectivity issues.

The recover records of watchOS 4.0.1 are utterly straightforward: “watchOS 4.0.1 fixes issues that in singular cases were causing Apple Watch to join unauthenticated (captive) Wi-Fi networks, such as those found in open places like coffee shops and hotels, that approach a user to a webpage before a network can be accessed,” Apple wrote.

While a WSJ could imitate a bug with 3 opposite watches on dual opposite carriers, it took Apple a few some-more days to brand a bug. The association afterwards certified that there was a program bug and that it wasn’t that serious. No need to reinstate your Apple Watch.

So if we have an Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE connectivity, conduct over to a Watch app on your iPhone. Tap ‘General’ afterwards ‘Software Update’ to download and implement a patch. watchOS updates customarily take a while, so make certain we have a horse and adequate time on your hands.
